| 1909 | Gihachi Tajiri from Kumamoto prefecture established “Tajiri-gumi” in Motomachi, Yokohama city (currently Motomachi, Naka-ku, Yokohama city) after Nippon Yusen K.K. started the service of European route. The company was handling shipping trade and the entrusted cleaning work from Yokohama city. |

| 1940 | Gihachi Tajiri, the founder, passed away. Yuusaku Tajiri assumed the presidency as 2nd president. |
| 1950 | “Tajiri-gumi” was reorganized as “Yokohama Kogyo Co., Ltd.” and took over and expanded the shipping business and the entrusted cleaning work from Yokohama city. |
| 1957 | “Toshi Kogyo Co., Ltd.” was established for the business of maintenance and cleaning of septic tanks, and works of water supply and draining facilities. |
| 1961 | The company span off into “Tajiri Shipping” handling the shipping of Yokohama Kogyo, and “Tajiri Kogyo Limited” handling the entrusted cleaning work. |
| 1969 | Business right for the entrusted cleaning work was sold out, and “Tajiri Kogyo Limited” was dissolved. Withdrawal from the shipping business due to Yokohama port’s change to full container terminals. “Toshi Kogyo Limited” was reorganized to “Toshi Kogyo Co., Ltd.”. |
| 1985 | Company name of Tajiri Shipping Co., Ltd. was changed to “Tajiri Enterprise Co., Ltd.”, and real estate lease business became a main business. |

Engineering Co., Ltd.”, and Seiya Tajiri became Representative Director. “Elanvital” was changed to “T.K.K. Evolution Co., Ltd.” and Hiroshi Tajiri became Representative Director. New companies and T.K.K. Entertainment Co., Ltd. which was established in the previous year, are now T.K.K. group and are managed under T.K.K. Holdings Co., Ltd. |
