Layer resistance measuring device( Measurement of water reforming effect)
The effect of BW water reforming device can’t be evaluated clearly by conventional water quality analyzer. So, we established evaluation method by taking a view of observation that character of calcium carbonate film changes by BW processed water.
As shown in the photo, a silver sensor and an electrode plate are put in each beaker. A beaker with unprocessed tap water and another beaker with BW processed water. Calcium carbonate film is precipitated on the surface of each silver sensor, and electric current is sent to the beaker for several days. Since the characters of calcium carbonate films in BW processed water and in unprocessed water are different, there will be differences in electric resistance. After certain time, we measure AC resistance between the silver sensor and the electrode several times, after stopping feeding of electric current, and compare the electric resistances.
With BW processed water, highly crystallized and higher electric resistance film is formed and more than 10% higher value of electric resistance is obtained compared with unprocessed water.
